Last week the Tennessee Economic Development Council announced Travis Groth, Maury Alliance Economic Development Director, has been elected to the TEDC Board of Directors as the Middle Tennessee Director.
The Tennessee Economic Development Council is a statewide, non-profit organization created to unite the efforts of its members in furthering industrial development in the state of Tennessee. The organization is made up of both public and private sector professionals involved in economic development and provides professional development opportunities for its more than 425 members.
The Tennessee Economic Development Council announced its board officers for 2018 – 2019 at their annual fall conference held in Gatlinburg, TN where officers were elected by the TEDC’s membership.

Travis currently serves as the Director of Economic Development for the Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance, where he has held the position for five years.
