Columbia Central Lions Score a Home Run with Listerhill Credit Union

Listerhill Credit Union is proud to announce a five-year commitment to Columbia Central High School worth $26,000. The funds will be used to purchase additional facility equipment to enable the school to increase community use, to renovate areas that date to the original school and to purchase outdoor storage.

Athletics Director Kevin Creech who has spearheaded the development plan for the school commented, “this is a tremendous boost for Lions Athletics. With the additions to our resources we plan to start a community youth basketball league in the Fall and will be able to have more students participate in athletic training than ever before. We are so grateful and are looking forward to a great relationship with Listerhill.”

Branch Manager, Phyllis Gilbert, was delighted to be present to hand the first installment to the school. “This is a wonderful day for Listerhill and for our community. We are all partners in making Columbia a first-class place to live and Listerhill is proud to be able to invest in this community.”
